IS BONITA ACCESSORIES STILL OPEN AND MAILING ORDERS?

Yes, Bonita Accessories is open and all orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day.

IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Yes, we are available Monday-Sunday to attend to any questions or concerns that you may have.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING DELAYS?

Yes, there have been delays from the USPS.

We have been made aware of orders that have been shipped through the USPS that have not received tracking updates.

Your order may have been dropped off to the USPS for shipping, but your tracking information may only show a confirmed or pre-shipment status and not show that it has been accepted into the USPS system.

We have also seen orders that have tracking numbers that do not update the tracking information until the order has been delivered.  There have also been times where orders are delivered without ever having the tracking number updated and orders that show as delivered before they arrive. 

If you do not receive tracking information updates after 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email from us or after 2 business days of your order showing as delivered without receiving your order, please contact our customer service at bonitaaccessories7@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number when you send us a message to ensure that we can assist you as soon as possible.
