FREE SHIPPING OFFER
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $35 (no code needed). Free shipping will only apply if your subtotal is over $35 after any discount code has been applied.
Example:
If your original subtotal is $40 and you use a 15% off discount code, your new subtotal will be $34.
Because the discounted subtotal is below $35, this order would not qualify for free shipping.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Worldwide shipping is available.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Our shipping days are Monday–Friday.
Shipping rates for U.S. orders:
• USPS Ground Advantage: $4.99
• USPS Priority Mail: $8.99
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. USPS shipments generally arrive within 2–5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.
Bonita Accessories does not collect or control these fees and does not receive any portion of them. Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or other fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If there are issues verifying your address, we may contact you before shipping.
If you realize your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at bonita@bonitaaccessories.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Bonita Accessories is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
